The minimum age for check-in is 21 years. Under 21 years of age access to our accommodation will be denied.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 2 days (48 hours) before arrival. The day of arrival begins at 0:00. For any booking not cancelled at least 2 days (48 hours) before arrival, the costs for all nights will be charged. Different cancellation conditions apply to group bookings. For group bookings (from 5 rooms) the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply.

If you have booked a Non-refundable rate, the following conditions apply: This booking cannot be changed or cancelled. When making the booking, you accept that the full price of the stay will be charged directly to your credit card or paid online and that refunds are not possible. For mutual security reasons, we are forced to ban cash from our payment circulation.



Our reception is open from 10am to 6pm, check-in is possible until 6pm.
